A Tapas Dinner

It's been a while since I shared a lovely dinner here... well actually it feels like the boyfriend and I haven't made anything special in a while. But in honor of Sweden yesterday we made a delicious homemade tapas meal.

To compliment this fun dinner we drank a very interesting bottle of Arbois wine. I would say this type of wine is an acquired taste. It's made with primarily Chardonnay grapes but it certainly doesn't taste like your typical oak barrel soaked Chardonnay... this one tastes of Sherry!

We also had a yummy trifle dessert with Swedish strawberries, vanilla cream, biscuits, basil leaves, and white chocolate shavings. Yum!
